Financial report of the MTL-Fund as of 28.01.2022

С момента публикации предыдущего отчёта отметим следующие значимые обстоятельства:

1. На конец отчётного периода капитализация Фонда оценивается в 207637 евро. Объём дивидендных выплат вырос до 270 EURMTL (по 2,32 EURMTL на 1000 mtl, или 6,76% годовых).
2. Фонд воспользовался просадкой биткоина и немного увеличил объём этого важного актива в номинальном выражении: до 1,442 BTC, или 23% капитала.
3. Общее количество держателей токенов MTL с ненулевым балансом выросло до 166. При этом 97 акционеров владеют пакетами до 10 акций Фонда, 53 — от 10 до 1000, и 14 — более тысячи акций (см. распределение на диаграмме).
4. Реализовано работающее решение, обеспечивающее акционерам гарантии выхода из экосистемы через люмены (XLM — базовый токен платформы Stellar, торгующийся на всех крупных криптобиржах). А именно: настроен бот автоматизированного обмена EURMTL на люмены по кросс-курсу к евро, и ордера заряжены в объёме около 44 тыс. XLM.

Since the publication of the previous report, we note the following significant circumstances:

1. As of the end of the reporting period, the Fund’s capitalization is estimated at EUR 207,637. The volume of dividend payments increased to 270 EURMTL (2.32 EURMTL per 1000 mtl, or 6.76% per annum).
2. The fund took advantage of bitcoin’s drawdown and slightly increased the volume of this important asset in nominal terms: up to 1,442 BTC, or 23% of capital.
3. The total number of holders of MTL tokens with a non-zero balance has grown to 166. At the same time, 97 shareholders own packages of up to 10 shares of the Fund, 53 — from 10 to 1000, and 14 — more than a thousand shares (see distribution in the diagram).
4. A working solution has been implemented that provides shareholders with guarantees to exit the ecosystem through lumens (XLM is the base token of the Stellar platform, which is traded on all major crypto exchanges). Namely: a bot for the automated exchange of EURMTL for lumens at a cross rate against the euro is set up, and orders are charged in the amount of about 44 thousand XLM.
