Financial report of the MTL-Fund as of 04.02.2022

С момента публикации предыдущего отчёта отметим следующие значимые обстоятельства:

1. На конец отчётного периода капитализация Фонда оценивается в 212380 евро. Объём еженедельных дивидендных выплат составил 230 EURMTL (по 1,96 EURMTL на 1000 mtl, или 5,63% годовых).
2. Фонд продолжил плановые закупки биткоина, нарастив объём этого важного актива до 1,472 BTC и повысив его долю до 24,5% капитала.
3. Общее количество держателей токенов MTL с ненулевым балансом выросло до 169.
4. Прямые продажи акций фонда позволили накопить некоторый излишек свободных средств на балансе Фонда, а значит членам Совета подписантов в ближайшее время предстоит решить, какие направления финансировать в первую очередь.

Since the publication of the previous report, we note the following significant circumstances:

1. At the end of the reporting period, the Fund’s capitalization is estimated at 212,380 euros. The volume of weekly dividend payments amounted to 230 EURMTL (1.96 EURMTL per 1000 mtl, or 5.63% per annum).
2. The fund continued its planned purchases of bitcoin, increasing the volume of this important asset to 1,472 BTC and increasing its share to 24.5% of its capital.
3. The total number of MTL token holders with a non-zero balance has grown to 169.
4. Direct sales of the Fund’s shares allowed to accumulate some excess free funds on the Fund’s balance sheet, which means that the members of the Council of Signatories will have to decide in the near future which areas to finance in the first place.
